Please keep in mind -
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Gift vouchers cannot be returned
- Custom arrangements or bouquets cannot be returned
- The returned items must be in original condition
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the item in original condition.
If an item is faulty or broken we will meet our legal obligations which will include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time. In the event that your product is lost or damaged whilst it is being returned, Seaholly will not be held liable. We recommend that you pack the item so that it is adequately protected whilst in transit and that it is sent registered and insured mail (for the full amount).
